Meeting Minutes – 6th July

Rod completed his ‘plan on a page’ style business plan which we reviewed. The business now has clarity in terms of direction and focus and the plan is ready to be actioned.

We discussed the HR side of things, reviewing the HR delegation matrix and talking about the benefits and use case of a position description for Benji.

We also discussed task management using a structured solution, either using a digital calendar that can be shared amongst the various team members or using a physical diary to record tasks. The preference would be to use a digital tool, but that will require assistance from an IT professional. Rod will review this and come back to us. Homework for Rod is to create a PD for Benji and to review the task management solution.
