Our goal is to help your business grow using MyMalekso as your go-to client engagement and service delivery platform. We are not an advisory firm. We are a platform business that provides innovative, industry-leading digital tools for modern Advisors and Advisory Firms.

Note: at MyMalekso we stand for quality. ALL Advisor Firms wishing to be included on the platform MUST be vetted and approved by the MyMalekso advisory board. This ensures business owners can trust that the Advisor Firms and Advisors listed on the MyMalekso platform are real Advisors who know their craft.

Simply complete and submit the application form below – we need all fields to be completed. Upon receiving we will vet your application, and if successful you will be granted access to use our platform and to list your profile on the platform. Please allow up to 48 hours for the review to be completed.

Pricing & How it works:

• Registration is free for all Advisory Firms and their Advisors
• You have the option of selecting either ‘pay as you use’ or, contact us to discuss a more cost-effective fixed fee option, custom priced to meet your needs.
• For pay per use, these are our current fees:
  • Advisor report review product: $540 per report inc GST
  • Adding a client to any program: $160 per month inc GST (no lock in contracts, use us as needed)
  • Seat licence per client per month: $11 per month (no lock in contracts, use us as needed)

• You charge your clients whatever you wish for the provision of any services that use the MyMalekso platform, invoicing your client directly. Most advisors build the above fees into their client invoice.
• You can also offer ad-hoc hourly consulting which is sold via the ‘Pay by the hour’ product in the MyMalekso e-commerce shop. You can charge whatever hourly rate you want (we do however stipulate a minimum hourly rate of $150 + GST is to be charged). The client pays upfront for however many hours they wish to book you for, and we charge a 20% fee for all bookings you receive from this facility. • If you wish to bring clients into the platform to manage the engagement but not use any of the reports or programs, then you can purchase seat licences for $11 inc GST per month per client, with no lock-in contracts (pay per use).
• We will provide you with up to 2-hours of free 1:1 training on using our platform.
