This is our final mentoring session under the program.
We reviewed where we have got to. Discussing the plans for the few years. We agreed that the next 12months should focus on stabilising and foundation building activities in preparation for either a succession, ramping up for growth or both. We discussed succession and the future of the business a fair bit.
Rod created a position description for Benji. We reviewed this and discussed how to use this in practice.
Next task: Pete to provide final recommendations and 3-months access to the MyMalekso platform.
