Initial meeting with Jane to review her diagnostic questionnaire submission. We discussed the history of her business, and in her words Jane explained the challenges and the opportunities she is seeing. Indications point towards a pricing and cashflow management issue which may require immediate attention. Further investigation is required. We agreed to meet up on the 14th of January to review the final report, including my feedback and to create the action list.
