Discussed Rods personal plan in detail. We aligned this with the direction the business is taking, and identified the possibility of delegating the work amongst the kids and a new contractor for the short-medium term. Next action is for Rod to develop his product plan in order to understand the product focus for the coming couple of years. This then sets the direction for the rest of the business. In addition, we discussed delegation of tasks. In our next meeting we will go through the keep-gain-lose delegation activity, which Rod will then use to better understand human resourcing requirements. In addition to this, we discussed the creation of his business plan, and reviewed a proposed business plan template.
