The monthly questionnaire has been completed, good to see the progress made by Nic. Mailchimp has been proactively used – Nic has loaded numerous contacts into the Mailchimp database. His next task is to create the first email campaign. The decision around the goats has been made; Nic will hold onto them for breeding, before selling any. The initial report was re-reviewed, and longer term actions discussed. Nic and I also discussed invoicing procedures, and Nic agreed Xero is certainly a tool he needs to start using for this. Next meeting will be face to face in Dirranbandi. In this meeting we will set tasks for the next 6 months.
