Phone Call – Spoke with Sarah who outlined that we will need to have something to take to the BEP (Business Excellence Program). Meeting timeframe not yet defined. Spoke of needing a meeting soon (lots to discuss) and ensuring that all the key people were in the room. Deb tried to get a meeting going last week but didn’t eventuate. Need to look at what outcomes will be needed and how we can get something on the ground in the first instance.
