I have built an extensive career around building life-long learning, application of knowledge, human and social learning and building collaborative communities. I am a passionate advocate for building regional economic sustainability by developing grassroots business skills and finding ways to connect business owners across our vast land.

With over 20 years experience in business growth education and strategy, my skills and experience in supporting adult learning and knowledge application has been developed by being one of the key team members that established the Executive Programs for QUTs Graduate School of Business and working with Monash, La Trobe and other global educators (vocational, workplace and tertiary). In that time I have founded three training organisations in Safety Leadership (Registered Training Organisation)- Pilbara WA and Central Qld , Neuroscience Leadership and now in Business Growth Education - Groei Education.

As Co-Founder and Program Director at groei, I put these skills into practice every day, helping business owners to reach their full potential and teaching business success at every level.
